A Mobile Money Merchant only identified as Emmanuel(Ghana Man) operating in Jirapa has been shot dead by robbers.
According to eyewitnesses, the Merchant who operates close to the Jirapa Sunzelle Rural Bank was attacked along the Jirapa SSNIT road which is still under construction and adjacent the Police Station late hours of 21st of May 2020.
This occurred the same day the Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, Mr. Amidu Issahaku Chinnia was attacked by robbers and rushed to a private hospital for treatment.
