Information reaching Noiyeng Radio has it that,one person is believed to have died in the Builsa South District of the Upper East Region after he and another person were involved in a scuffle last night.
The deceased one Agbedenaab from Baasa was believed to be chasing the same woman with the suspect one Patrick Amaaba from Weisi two communities in the Builsa South District of the Upper East Region.
According to eye witnesses report, three days ago the two were involved in a fight which the police came in and had the matter resolved.
Yesterday being Fumbisi market day, Patrick slit the throat of Agbedemnaab at around 11:47pm Last night leading to his death.
The suspect is currently at large and the body of the deceased has been taken from the police for burial in line with Islamic customs.
The Builsa South security committee have met with members of the two communities and have appealed for calm while they work to settle the matter.

The Builsa area police commander ASP Francis Amankwah who later confirmed the incident to Noiyeng Radio via telephone interview said his men are on the ground to ensure peace and order. He added that he has been intouch with the Regional police command for beef up of security in the area.
Noiyeng Radio has also gathered from a reliable source that the body of the deceased was later this afternoon deposited at the war Memorial Hospital in Navrongo for preservation. The source added that the family of the deceased are calling for the culprit to be arrested before they bury the deceased.
