Kaljiisa Youth donates to CHPS Compound.

In a quest to help their community CHPS compound with items to prevent the coronavirus Pandemic, the Kaljiisa youth Association in the Builsa North District of the Upper East Region led by its Executives and the Assemblyman have donated some PPE'S to the Kaljiisa CHPS compound.

The items donated include, two gallons of liquid soap, hand sanitizers and 50 nose masks. Presenting the items to the nurses, the secretary of the Kaljiisa youth Association Mr. Akocharibey Benjamin said, the donated items are to complement the efforts of the Nurses at the Kaljiisa CHPS regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic prevention.

Mr. Julius Tsetse a nurse at the facility who received the items on behalf of the in-charge thanked the Kaljiisa Youth Association for the donation and promised to use the items to achieve its intended purpose. He appealed to the Kaljiisa community and the Builsa North District to pull resources together at building an accommodation facility for the nurses particularly the midwives, to solve the accommodation challenges facing nurses at Kaljiisa CHPS compound.
